Booking software questions

What is booking software?

Booking software lets customers reserve something you offer — an appointment, a place in a class, a room, a car, a stay or a visit — against your real availability, and gives your team one calendar, one customer record and one place to confirm, change and close each booking.

Is Base booking software or rental software?

Both. The same platform runs appointments, classes, rooms and courts, rentals with handover and return, stays, and field jobs at a customer’s address. A business can use one model or several without a second subscription.

Do I need a website?

No. Every business gets its own booking page in English, Greek and Russian. If you have a website, add the booking widget to it.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan is €0 for up to 2 staff accounts and 5 bookable items. Standard is €19 and Pro €39 a month, per business, with no commission on bookings.
