Operational trust starts with clear boundaries
Security claims should be specific and verifiable. These are the controls and responsibilities the current product contract supports.
- Tenant separation
- Business data belongs to a tenant context and access is enforced through platform roles and authenticated surfaces.
- Access and audit
- Operational changes keep an accountable trail so teams can understand who changed a record and when.
- Data portability
- Business records can be exported; the customer relationship is not locked inside a marketplace.
- Payments boundary
- End-customer money is handled outside the platform. The system records operational status, not card details or payouts.
- Privacy and compliance
- Each business remains responsible for lawful collection, retention and access to the data its workflow requires.
- Responsible claims
- No certification badge or compliance promise appears until the corresponding status and evidence exist.
