Moving from spreadsheets or another system

Switch booking system without losing a booking

Nobody changes their booking platform because the new one is prettier. They change when the move is small enough to fit in a week that also has customers in it.

What comes across

Bookings, customers and resources come in from spreadsheets. The importer reads what you already keep rather than a format we invented, and it has been rehearsed on real Cypriot files.

What the rehearsal is for

Before anything is written, the import shows what it read: how many rows, which columns it understood, and what it would refuse. A file that is wrong is worth finding out about before it is inside the product.

What stays manual, on purpose

Money is recorded rather than processed, and history that was never written down cannot be imported. A product that promised otherwise would be promising to invent your past.

The first week

Start with one trade and one team. Publish the booking page when the availability behind it is real, not before — a page that offers a slot that does not exist costs more than a page nobody has seen.

Getting your data back

Exports are part of the product, not a favour asked at the end. What you put in, you can take out, in the formats a spreadsheet opens.

What it costs to try

Nothing: every business starts on the Free plan, and a paid plan (from €19 a month) starts only if you choose one. Ask for a demo and bring the file you keep today.

Next step

Open a workspace and set up one booking flow

Registration takes an email address. The operating model, services and resources are configured afterwards, in the console.
