Booking software pricing: a Free plan, and plans for growing teams
Every business starts on the Free plan. Paid plans add more when you need it, and you pay only if you choose one — nothing starts charging on its own. The units below are what a paid plan is counted from.
Plans
Billed monthly by card. Cancel any time — your plan stays until the end of the paid month. A move to a higher plan is charged pro rata for the rest of the month.

- One business, one subscription
- Not per booking and not a share of what your customers pay you. Their money never passes through the platform, so there is nothing for it to take a percentage of.
- The people who sign in
- Staff accounts with access to the console. A customer booking on your page is not one of them and never counts.
- The modules you switch on
- The booking core is the product. A few things — the embeddable widget, your own outgoing mail server — cost money to run and are asked for rather than assumed.
How a paid plan is priced
By the three units above: one table would overcharge a business of two people and undercharge one with fifteen bookable things.
Three units, and they are the whole of it. A price will be these three read against what you actually run.
What is limited today
- Storage
- Documents and handover photographs are kept per business. Without a paid plan, 1 GB of storage.
- Rate limits
- Public booking pages and the API answer at a fixed rate per business, so one busy neighbour cannot slow another down.
What is never charged for
- Bookings taken — however many
- Customers on your list
- Your own data, going out: export is a button, not an upsell
- Notifications sent to your customers by email
- Support by email
Pricing
- Your booking page, team and resource schedules, customers and bookings.
- Configuration for appointments, classes, resources, rentals, stays or field services.
- Operational documents and records of money handled outside the platform.
- Setup done with you — your services, your hours, your existing bookings imported.
Operational boundary
This is what a business pays the platform. Money between you and your customer never passes through here: no card fields, no gateway, no payouts. Your customer settles with you the way they already do — cash, your own card terminal, a bank transfer — and the console records the fact: what was taken, what is still owed, and how much of a deposit you are still holding.

Next step
Open a workspace and set up one booking flow
Registration takes an email address. The operating model, services and resources are configured afterwards, in the console.
