What the Free plan includes
Bookings and the calendar, the things you rent out, staff with roles, a public booking page in English, Greek and Russian, a booking widget for your own website, email confirmations and reminders, the customer cabinet and chat, two-way sync with Google or Microsoft calendars, import and export, simple figures, automations and the Telegram bot. Money is taken outside the platform and recorded on the booking.
Free booking software limits, in plain numbers
Up to 2 staff accounts, 5 bookable items (rooms, cars, boats, courts, chairs), 1 location and 1 GB of storage. Customers are not limited. The plan is counted by those units, not by the number of bookings, so a busy week does not push you onto a paid plan.
Free appointment booking for a small team
A barber with one chair, a tutor, a personal trainer, a two-car rental or a small tour operator can run the whole day on the Free plan: customers book online against real availability, the team sees one calendar, and every request lands in the same queue as the phone calls.
When a paid plan makes sense
Standard (€19 a month) is for a growing team: up to 10 staff, 25 bookable items, 2 locations and 10 GB, plus email from your own address and sync with your CRM. Pro (€39 a month) adds up to 30 staff, 100 items, 5 locations, 50 GB, AI assistants, API keys and webhooks and GPS trackers (beta). Billing is monthly by card and you can cancel any time.
Free booking system vs free scheduling apps
Many free tiers stop at one calendar or a monthly booking cap — for example, Calendly’s free plan allows one event type and SimplyBook.me’s free plan 50 bookings a month and one provider (checked 2026-10-16). Base’s Free plan is limited by team size and bookable items instead, and it covers rentals, classes and stays, not only appointments.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Registration takes an email address, no card. Nothing starts charging on its own: a paid plan begins only when you choose it, and a cancelled one stays until the end of the month you paid for.
