RentSyst is based in Larnaca, has been going since 2018 and is built for car rental specifically. If your question is «who else is on this island», that is the answer, and a comparison that pretended otherwise would waste your afternoon.
What RentSyst has that we do not
- GPS and telematics for the fleet, with route monitoring — we have no tracker integration built, only the ability to call one from an automation.
- A mobile app for iOS and Android that is already in the stores. Ours is built but not in the App Store or Google Play yet; today it is the console in a phone browser and a Telegram mini app at the counter.
- Digital contracts with remote signature. We keep versioned terms on the booking and do not capture a signature yet.
- Per-car pricing published openly, from about €1.60 a car a month (checked 2026-08-30).
Base as a RentSyst alternative

Do you take the customer’s card?
No. Deposits and payments are recorded as facts between you and your customer; we are not an acquirer and hold no card details.
Can I move my data across?
Yes — bookings, customers and resources come in from spreadsheets, and the import has been rehearsed on real Cypriot files.
What does it cost?
Every business starts on the Free plan at €0 — up to 2 staff accounts and 5 bookable items. Standard is €19 a month and Pro €39 a month, one subscription per business, billed monthly and cancelled any time; you pay only if you choose a paid plan.
